Course Workbook/Syllabus for HIS4936: Hacking History

A simple post, but if you are looking to learn some basic DH chops, or if you are a DH instructor looking for example syllabi, check out the online workbook I created for my students in my HIS4936: Hacking History seminar at the University of South Florida. You can also find final projects created by my students.

Unfortunately, some of the underlying technology powering my ‘presentations’ page has since broke, and so the content of lectures themselves do not currently seem to load. I will be looking into a fix for this.

Click here to check out the workbook at digital-history.readthedocs.io, or a mirror at theportus.github.io/hacking-historical-texts.

Better yet, check out what my students made at…
